Terms and Conditions for Video Editing Service
1. Service Description:
The Video Editing service provided by Blitzy (hereinafter referred to as "Editor") involves the editing of the videos, trailers or tiktoks/shorts for use on live streaming platforms, and other virtual media.
2. Intellectual Property:
The client (hereinafter referred to as "the client") retains all intellectual property rights over the original media provided by the client. The editor does not claim any ownership rights over the original media provided.
3. Usage Rights:
The client has the right to use the "Video" according to the terms agreed upon between the editorr and the client. This includes the use of the media in live streams, pre-recorded videos, social media portofolio, and other virtual media, as long as the intellectual property rights of both the client and the editorr are respected.
4. Service Delivery:
The editorr commits to delivering the edited video within the timeframe agreed upon at the beginning of the project. An estimated delivery time will be provided to the client at the start of the project, and any delays in delivery will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
5. Payments and Fees:
Payments will be made as agreed between the rigger and the client before starting the project. An initial payment may be required before work begins if the price surpases $50, with the remaining balance payable upon completion of the edited video. Fees will be based on the complexity of the video and any additional services requested by the client plus taxes, which corresponds to 5% extra of the payment.
6. Modifications and Revisions:
The client has the right to request modifications and revisions to the edited video within a reasonable period after the first revision. Additional fees may apply for significant changes to the original edited video.
By hiring the Video Editing Services provided by Blitzy, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
